Programme Manager

Salary: $3,880 – $4,816/month
1-Year Contract | Immediate Start
42 hours/week

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline
• Experience in psychology, counselling, social work, behavioural sciences or programme management is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• ️ Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programmes and supporting frameworks
• Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding activities
• ️ Manage programme operations and participant engagement
• Organise engagement, cohesion and appreciation activities
• Review programme effectiveness and improve processes
• Support training, psychological first aid and participant well-being initiatives
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide professional support and consultation
• Support other related projects and initiatives as assigned

Contract: 1 year
Start Date: Immediate
