Your Key Responsibilities

Enrolment & Parent Engagement

• Be the warm, welcoming face of Da Di
• Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
• Conduct centre tours and present our programme value with confidence
• Proactively engage potential families in and around the centre
• Follow up on leads and support the full enrolment process
• Build strong, trusted relationships with parents for long-term retention


Centre Operations & Administration

• Manage registration, invoicing, and fee collection
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and class lists
• Prepare teaching materials and ensure classrooms are clean, safe, and ready
• Oversee smooth daily operations with efficiency and positivity
• Maintain a tidy, calm, and inviting environment aligned with our brand


Marketing & Social Media Content (an advantage)

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
• Create engaging content (photos, reels, stories, captions)
• Plan and schedule marketing campaigns
• Support broader brand initiatives across our sister companies

Programme & Event Coordination

• Coordinate class schedules, teacher availability, and room usage
• Support holiday camps, weekend events, and special programmes
• Liaise with vendors, community partners, and manage event logistics


Who You Are

• Loves working with people, especially families and children
• A confident communicator, able to present our programmes in both English and Mandarin, and provide translation to support English- and Mandarin-speaking parents and children.
• Organised, creative, and full of initiative
• Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, purpose-driven environment
