Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will support our sales team with daily administrative operations, order processing, and customer relationship management. If you possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for administrative and sales support, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales operations, manage administrative duties, and maintain accurate sales databases and records.
• Process sales orders, quotations, delivery orders, and invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and post-sales support.
• Liaise between clients, sales teams, and internal departments (logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, presentations, and meeting schedules for management.
• Assist in inventory tracking, pricing updates, and general customer service tasks.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of sales admin/coordination experience within construction, hardware, or building materials industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); knowledge of CRM or ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
