Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis & Elicitation

• Uncover business needs through effective discovery techniques, identify gaps, and translate requirements into clear, implementation-ready user stories.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Facilitate grooming and requirement sessions, manage diverse stakeholder viewpoints, and communicate confidently with both business and technical teams to drive decisions and sign-off.

Functional & Solution Thinking

• Understand end-to-end business processes, translate them into functional designs, and account for system constraints, integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts.

Business & Systems Analysis

• Assess current-state operations and business models, define future-state solutions, and evaluate how technology can better serve organizational goals.

Research & Synthesis

• Gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources to support well-informed, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Have 2 - 4 years of working experience as BA
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (grooming, backlog management)
• Ability to think both strategically and functionally
