We are looking for a reliable and warm individual to support front-of-house operations on weekends.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-oriented, and able to handle responsibilities independently in a fast-paced studio environment.
Role Overview
As part of the Studio Operations team, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, and play a key role in ensuring that classes run smoothly throughout the day.
This is not a passive admin role — we are looking for someone who can take ownership and manage situations confidently.
Your Role:
- Greet students and parents, and manage front desk operations
- Respond to enquiries (walk-ins, WhatsApp, basic admin queries)
- Track attendance and assist with class coordination
- Support teachers with basic classroom and operational needs
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio environment
- Assist with administrative tasks (record keeping, basic coordination, inventory)
- Maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment—this includes tidying up, organizing spaces, and ensuring the studio is presentable at all times.
- Assist with social media management during working hours (e.g., posting updates, responding to messages, and sharing class highlights).
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is reliable and responsible (able to work independently without constant supervision)
- Communicates clearly and professionally with parents
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Is calm under pressure and able to handle situations on the ground
- Has a positive, warm, and approachable personality
Preferred Background (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in customer service, front desk, enrichment centres, or similar roles
- Returning-to-work individuals (e.g. parents) looking for structured part-time work
- Basic Canva skills or experience with social media is a plus.
- Passion for the arts & children is a bonus!
Remuneration
- $12 – $15/hour, based on experience
- Trial period applicable
We’re a small but passionate team, and we’d love to find someone who enjoys being part of a lively, creative environment.
