Project Manager (HR Automation Implementation) – 3-Months Contract

Salary:
S$4,000 – S$5,000/month

About the Role

Achieve is embarking on an exciting HR digital transformation journey and is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new HR automation system. This role will be responsible for driving the project from planning through to successful go-live, working closely with internal stakeholders and the system vendor to ensure a smooth implementation within the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the HR automation system from project kick-off to go-live.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Operations, Finance and Management) to gather business requirements and map existing processes.

Work closely with the system vendor to configure and customise workflows where required.

Oversee the implementation of modules including: Employee onboardingRostering & schedulingAttendance & timesheet managementLeave managementPayrollReporting & dashboards

Develop project timelines, track milestones and ensure deliverables are met.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate issue resolution and ensure system readiness.

Prepare user guides, training materials and conduct end-user training.

Drive change management and support users throughout the transition.

Ensure a successful system go-live and provide post-implementation support during the stabilisation period.
