Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise network and network security infrastructure.

Troubleshoot incidents and ensure SLA compliance.

Perform network changes following Change Management processes.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience supporting

Cisco enterprise networks

Strong hands-on experience with

Cisco Routers, Switches, WLAN, Cisco ACI (Mandatory),Cisco SDA (Mandatory)

CCNP Certification (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of

Routing & Switching

protocols.

Experience with

Network Security

technologies and

Load Balancers

Hands-on experience with:
