Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent dining experiences by providing prompt and attentive service to our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve orders promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Handle payments and issue receipts as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
