Role Overview

The Property Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of property agents, and ensuring effective customer engagement. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate and guide the team toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property sales agents.
• Monitor daily activities, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training support.
• Sales & Business Development
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
• Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Client Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Handle negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide professional advice on property market trends and financing options.
• Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare sales reports and present updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and client records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve high performance.
• Knowledge of property industry regulations and market dynamics.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
