about the job:
In this dynamic client-facing role, you will act as the primary operational link between key enterprise accounts and post-sales technical delivery teams. You will drive service excellence, streamline support workflows, and ensure customer satisfaction across all operational phases. Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for operational escalations, coordinating cross-functional technical teams to resolve urgent customer issues.
• Leading regular status syncs, managing open action items, and delivering periodic analytical reports on service performance and gap analyses.
• Hosting regular on-site visits and briefings with key stakeholders to review operational health, highlight service improvements, and align on strategic goals.
• Managing customer-facing service initiatives and internal process optimization projects from inception to completion.
• Educating client teams on standardized operational procedures and reporting frameworks to enhance overall service efficiency.

skills and experience required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technical customer support, project delivery, or operations.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience managing enterprise customer relationships or operational support workflows.
• Solid foundational knowledge of networking principles, IT infrastructure concepts, or holding a industry-standard credential (e.g., CCNA or equivalent).
• Practical familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL certification preferred).
• Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational issues.
• Proficiency with reporting software, client satisfaction tools, and operational metrics analysis.
