Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Own transport (car/motorcycle).

• Experience in sales, marketing, social media or content creation is an advantage.

• Confident communicating with customers.

• Creative and comfortable appearing in or creating TikTok/social media content.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other editing apps is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English is an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.

• Target-oriented and willing to learn.

• Create engaging social media content including videos, photos, captions and promotional materials.

• Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.

• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

• Develop promotional campaigns, special offers and marketing ideas.

• Assist with TikTok Live, social media campaigns and product launches.

• Build relationships with customers, affiliates, influencers and business partners.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare simple sales/marketing reports.

• Keep up with current social media trends and suggest new marketing strategies.
