About the role
We are seeking experienced Associate/ Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our growing and dynamic teams. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career and make a meaningful impact on high-profile construction projects.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or other related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of solid QS experience
Qualified membership of HKIS, RICS, or AIQS (or equivalent)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong leadership
Solid experience on sizeable projects is highly advantageous
Experience with NEC contracts is a distinct advantage
Note: Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for Senior Associate, while those with less qualifications/experience will be considered for Project Quantity Surveyors/ Quantity Surveyors as appropriate.
