Process domestic and international money transfer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Receive and pay out cash to customers according to Ria Money Transfer procedures.

Verify customer identification and required documents in compliance with KYC and AML regulations.

Handle cash accurately and maintain proper cash balances throughout the working day.

Assist customers with money transfer enquiries, transaction status, exchange rates, and related services.

Ensure all transactions are entered correctly into the system and required receipts/documents are issued.

Perform cash counting, balancing, and end-of-day reconciliation.

Identify and report suspicious or unusual transactions to the appropriate supervisor.

Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive information.

Follow company policies, compliance requirements, security procedures, and internal controls.

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.

Maintain proper records and documentation for all transactions.

Assist with branch operations and other duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
