Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a motivated and driven Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing to join our building materials trading company. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop a long-term career in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the company's building materials, products and market.
• Assist with sales, customer follow-up, quotations and order coordination.
• Develop new customers and identify business opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, contractors and business partners.
• Work closely with internal teams including Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics and Accounts.
• Participate in structured training and management development programmes.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Construction or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to travel for customer/site visits when required.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
