Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take guests’ orders accurately and provide information on food and beverage items.
• Serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s standards and service procedures.
• Set up and clear tables, including preparing cutlery, glassware, crockery and other service items.
• Ensure all guest areas, tables and service stations are clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment and clearing when required.
• Handle guest requests, enquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and procedures, where applicable.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and occupational safety requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant/outlet.
• Maintain proper handling of equipment, utensils and operating supplies.
• Support the team during busy periods, functions, banquets and special events.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; relevant F&B experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant and positive attitude.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
