Social Media Marketing Intern for one of our natural brands that shares the benefits of nature – Innisfree.

We are looking for a creative and passionate intern to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand & Digital Marketing team to create engaging content, support social media campaigns, and contribute to growing Innisfree's presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

Job Description:

• Responsible for planning, creating, and editing engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social media platforms.
• Assist in brainstorming creative content ideas that align with current beauty, skincare, lifestyle, and social media trends while maintaining Innisfree's brand identity.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor trending topics, viral content, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
• Assist in coordinating content shoots, including product styling, filming, and behind-the-scenes content production.
• Work closely with influencers, KOLs, content creators, and agency partners to support campaign execution and content delivery.
• Support the development of social media content calendars and ensure timely content publishing.
• Assist in writing engaging captions, social copy, and call-to-action messaging for social media posts.
• Monitor social media engagement and community interactions, and provide support in responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries when required.
• Track and report content performance metrics including views, reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in preparing competitor market reports, social media trend analysis, and monthly performance reports.
• Provide operational assistance and support to the Marketing team whenever necessary.

We are looking for a passionate intern who:

• Currently pursuing or possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong sense of responsibility in task management.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• 1 Internship position(s) for duration of min 3 month(s).
