Job Summary

Weare seeking a dedicated Meal Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring patients receive nutritious meals in a timely and caring manner, contributing to their overall well-being and recovery.

Job Description:
Update patient's meal requirements in the Meal Ordering System

Prepare and distribute meals to patients

Collect and clean meal trays, maintaining high hygiene standards

Preparation and serving of adhoc beverages, snacks and supper

General maintenance and stocking of ward pantry (includes wipe down of ward trolleys)

Gather patient feedback and attend to patients' feedback on meal related issue

Any other related work scope as required

Job Requirements:
Secondary 'N' level education or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring attitude

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided)

Vaccinations required to meet the hospital's employment criteria

Working Hours

Fixed Time: 7:30AM to 7:30PM (12 hours), 6 days a week

8.5-hour shift (6.45am - 3.15pm) is available too

Off day: Rotational - depending on operational needs
