1. Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Guide and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

2. Customer Service & Experience

• Maintain high customer service standards across the store.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Address and report customer complaints and feedback to management.
• Communicate promotions, product updates, and operational changes to the team.

3. Sales & Performance

• Drive store sales and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor daily sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Ensure POS and checkout processes are efficient and properly managed.

4. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
• Ensure products are arranged properly by category, size, and colour.
• Ensure promotional materials and displays are updated and correctly presented.
• Maintain fitting room cleanliness and ensure fixtures, mirrors, and lighting are in good condition.

5. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor, follow up, and replenish stock regularly.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are well-distributed and high-demand items are properly highlighted.

6. Compliance & Operational Excellence

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Assist in implementing new procedures and store initiatives.
• Oversee daily store operations and resolve operational issues when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
