About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Application& Technical Sales Executive to support business growth through solution-based selling and application engineering for HVAC and refrigeration.

The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, contractors, OEMs, distributors, and end-users to identify customer requirements, recommend suitable technical solutions, prepare proposals, and support project execution. This role combines business development with strong technical application support and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customer accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, project discussions, and site surveys to understand application requirements.
• Recommend suitable products and technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, technical submissions, and product selections.
• Promote products and secure project specifications with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training.
• Follow up on projects, quotations, and customer enquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, compressors, heat exchangers, or industrial cooling solutions is preferred.
• Ability to understand technical specifications, engineering drawings, and customer application requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with frequent customer visits.
