MODU Samgyetang are looking for a Front of House Staff - Malaysia!

Job Level: Entry to Intermediate

Salary Range:

Part time: RM 15 to RM 18

Work timings available: Flexi time, at least 4 hours a day

Department: Operations Department - F&B

Location: KLGCC, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Overall Job Objectives

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate people to provide warm, friendly and exceptional food & beverage service standards within INITIA Group F&B Brands . He / She will be assisting the outlet in-charge to boost the sales of the Outlet while delivering an excellent service for customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Host & greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Well-versed with outlet’s products and services
• Provide high standard of service through active interaction with guests
• Well-groom and represent the brands.
• Understand POS/ordering to ensure smooth operation.
• Take note of issues raised by restaurant/bar guests and escalate issues to immediate superior for resolution as soon as possible
• Assist Outlet in-charge to promote specific menu/services.

Job Specifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Prefer a candidate with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate positive energy and professionalism.
• Friendly, outgoing, and committed to outstanding customer service.
• Minimum working days are 1 weekday and 1 weekend each
• Please note: Work Visa will not be provided by the company

Key Deliverables

• Greet and host guests warmly while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain smooth operations by adhering to procedures and handling POS/ordering systems effectively.
• Escalate guest issues to superiors promptly and suggest service improvements where possible.
• Represent the brand with professional grooming and positive interaction.
