Job Description

• Service Crew for a breakfast buffet at a hotel/serviced residence at Jalan Tun Razak, KL
• Working hours are from 5 am - 12 pm only

Requirements

• Good communication, interpersonal skills
• Able to interact, and provide good service to hotel guests
• Able to work in a small team, and maintain a high standard of quality for food, presentation as well as hygiene

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up daily breakfast buffet
• Clean and maintain presentation of buffet and dining area
• Maintain stock and preparation for daily preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of area after service hours
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
