Job Description :

We area seeking an experienced and certified Mobile Crane Operator to operate mobile crane. The role involves safely operating mobile cranes to lift, move and position heavy objects, equipment and material in various settings like construction sites.

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to project requirements and lifting plans.
• Inspect the crane, lifting equipment, hooks, cables, and safety devices before operation.
• Lift, move, position, and lower construction materials, equipment, and other loads as instructed.
• Follow approved lifting procedures, load limits, and safety requirements.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and balanced before lifting.
• Maintain proper control of the crane and ensure the surrounding area is safe during lifting activities.
• Follow all site safety rules, company policies, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Keep the crane and work area clean and in good working condition.
• Maintain records of crane inspections, maintenance, and daily operations where required.
• Immediately report equipment malfunction, unsafe conditions, or lifting incidents to the supervisor.
• Assist with basic crane maintenance and servicing as required.
• Carry out other duties related to crane operations as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid Crane Operator Competency Certificate / licence recognised by the relevant authority.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a Crane Operator in the construction industry.
• Experienced in operating the relevant type of crane, such as Tower Crane, Mobile Crane, or Crawler Crane.
• Good knowledge of crane operation, lifting procedures, load capacity, and safety requirements.
• Able to understand and follow lifting plans, signals, and instructions from the Lifting Supervisor/Signalman.
• Familiar with construction site safety procedures and requirements.
• Physically fit and able to work in a construction site environment.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, alert, and able to maintain good concentration while operating the crane.
• Willing to work at project/site locations and relocate if required.
• CIDB registration / valid CIDB Green Card is an advantage or may be required depending on site requirements.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
