About Genie Wash

Genie Wash is a growing mobile car cleaning and detailing company serving both retail customers and major fleet operators in Singapore.

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our consumer marketing and help build the marketing systems that will support our next stage of growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing — someone who can develop a plan, execute where needed, coordinate others and ultimately own the results.

The Role

Your objective is straightforward:

Help more customers discover Genie Wash, convert them into customers, and keep them coming back.

You'll work directly with the founder to identify our biggest marketing opportunities, prioritise them and build repeatable systems around them.

You'll have ownership across areas such as:

• SEO and content marketing
• Social media and digital content
• Digital advertising
• Customer acquisition and conversion
• Customer retention and CRM
• Brand reputation
• Campaigns and partnerships
• Marketing analytics and performance

You will not be expected to tackle everything at once or personally execute every task.

You'll have access to external agencies, freelancers, creators and other resources where appropriate.

However, this is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable getting into the work yourself when needed.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth
• Build repeatable marketing processes rather than relying only on one-off campaigns
• Monitor traffic, leads, conversions and other key performance metrics
• Use data to understand what's working and where we should focus next
• Plan and coordinate content across relevant digital channels
• Manage external agencies, freelancers and partners where required
• Identify and test new customer acquisition and retention opportunities
• Improve existing marketing channels and customer touchpoints
• Take ownership of projects from idea → execution → measurement → improvement

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you have 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience with strong exposure to digital marketing.

You don't need to be an expert in every area of marketing.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong digital marketing fundamentals
• Is commercially minded and understands that marketing needs to produce business results
• Is comfortable with analytics, numbers and performance metrics
• Can turn ideas into action
• Takes ownership and works independently
• Is willing to be hands-on rather than simply managing vendors
• Can coordinate agencies, freelancers and other resources effectively
• Enjoys experimenting, measuring results and improving
• Is comfortable using modern marketing and AI tools

Experience with SEO, content, social media, paid advertising, CRM or consumer marketing would be valuable.

Experience in B2C, consumer services, e-commerce, automotive or other performance-driven businesses is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

We're looking for someone who doesn't just ask:

"What marketing activities should we do?"

but also:

"Did it work, what did we learn, and how do we make it better?"

You'll be given the autonomy and resources to build, test and improve marketing initiatives, with performance measured against clear agreed objectives.

Compensation

S$4,500 – S$5,500/month + Performance Incentives

Base salary will depend on experience and capability.

Performance incentives will reward both strong execution and measurable results.
