We are a growing legal practice in Butterworth seeking for a Conveyancing Lawyer.

This role is ideal for a lawyer who aspires to build a sustainable practice and potentially explore partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of conveyancing work, including sub-sales and developer projects
• Prepare and manage loan documentation
• Handle perfection of transfer and perfection of charge matters
• Manage probate, Letters of Administration (LA), and small estates matters
• Liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and relevant authorities
• (Advantageous) Handle share sale transactions and shareholder-related matters

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in conveyancing
• Able to work independently
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and vetting skills

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
