Job Responsibilities:
Provide warm and professional service to guests
Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience
Follow restaurant SOPs and support daily operations
Assist the Restaurant Manager and team to ensure smooth service

Requirement:
Prior experience in fine dining is preferred
Experience in Western or Japanese fine dining service would be an advantage

Working location: Mohamed Sultan Road, near Fort Canning MRT
Start date: ASAP
