Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Electrical and instrumentation maintenance, installation and modification electrical troubleshooting of high voltage (11kV) electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, distribution networks and etc
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems and installations
• Ensure compliance with the local “Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia” (Energy Commission of Malaysia) safety regulations, codes and standards
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses for electrical systems and equipment
• To ensure electrical and mechanical installation are safe, correct, legal, and in compliance with the authorities
• To on off switch room panel and repower check after relocation
• Any other tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Chargeman BO 11kV certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga
• Preferably 5 years working experience in related fields
• Competent person related to workplace safety such as confined space, working at height, will be an added advantage
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kulim, Kedah
• Possess with own transport and willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
