About The Job

  • Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality services
  • Define and implement the IT vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with business leaders to digitize operations, improve customer experience, and enhance service delivery
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations for resilience and efficiency

Skills And Experience Required

  • At least 12 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure environment with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
  • Proven experience in leading enterprise technology strategy within ICT, distribution, or systems integration sectors
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and overall IT infrastructure
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills
