JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and distribution.
• To ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock handling in line with GMP standards.
• To coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet delivery timelines.
• To supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.
• To liaise with transporters and vendors for efficient delivery and service.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehouse, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software. Preferably in SAP system.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
