Job Summary

• Customer requirements coordination
• Order processing
• Invoicing

Job Description

Daily

• To create& renew customer’s master data in SAP.
• To receive orders from the sales team and customers and process orders in SAP.
• Coordinate logistics of issuance/returns of materials for/from customers

• To issue invoices and GUI (duplicate & triplicate)
• Create and change price condition of customers according to contract in SAP.
• Contact and cooperate with the Sales department, logistics department, and headquarters to process and complete orders.
• Complete debit & credit note in system & paperwork.
• Document filing.
• Digital license management
• Manage incoming calls. (Responding promptly to customer inquiries.)
• Sales reports support.
• Provide a reference invoice for bidding.
• Assist in executing departmental & organizational plans, policies and projects.

Monthly

• Monthly GUI Reconciliation
• MTD YTD Sales ASP Report
• Inspection of order and GUI and Credit Note in month-end closing.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
