Job Responsibilities

Onboarding & Recruitment Admin: Coordinate recruitment logistics including interview scheduling, background screenings, offer letter issuance, and pre-employment declarations.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Process staff movements such as internal transfers, secondments, employment conversions, re-employment, and cessations.
Compliance & Screening: Initiate post-employment screenings, flag discrepancies to HR Business Partners, and administer activities related to the Representative Notification Framework (RNF) for financial advisers.
Work Pass Administration: Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and dependents.
Data & Systems Management: Maintain high standards of data integrity in HR systems (Workday) and ensure timely archiving of confidential employee documents.
Stakeholder Support: Provide accurate, timely HR support to employees, process ex-staff reference checks, and assist with ad-hoc HR projects as assigned


Job Requirements

Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
2-3 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry or prior experience using Workday is preferred
High level of initiative, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong organisation skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Positive working attitude, results oriented and have a process and service-focused mind-set
Energised by a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to multi-task and manage high volume work, with minimum supervision
Willingness to embrace new HR technologies and changing processes
