• Spearhead the end-to-end regional financial consolidation activities, ensuring precise alignment of intercompany transactions and overarching financial data across multiple international entities.

• Act as the primary liaison for external assurance partners to seamlessly manage full-cycle statutory reporting and compliance mandates, driving continuous enhancement in overall reporting quality.

• Provide subject matter expertise on sophisticated technical accounting frameworks, advising leadership on the financial implications of emerging business ventures, corporate development initiatives, and specialized financial instruments.

• Oversee cross-border tax compliance and transfer pricing strategies, continuously monitoring the corporate tax landscape to mitigate exposure and safeguard the organization's multi-jurisdictional footprint.

• Champion the modernization of internal financial controls by leveraging advanced automation frameworks to optimize month-end workflows and support long-term scalable growth.

skills and experience required

• Attainment of a recognized professional accounting qualification coupled with ten or more years of comprehensive post-qualification experience, including significant tenure overseeing group consolidations.

• Advanced proficiency in navigating complex international financial reporting standards, particularly concerning multifaceted revenue recognition principles and financial asset classifications.

• Proven capability in orchestrating cross-border external audits and maintaining stringent adherence to regional regulatory reporting frameworks within highly governed operational environments.
