Job Summary

You will engage with clients to resolve queries, build strong business relationships, and support sales and promotional activities, including on-site visits and event support.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with clients to identify and address their needs and inquiries promptly
• Resolve client queries efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client communications and relevant information
• Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients to support company growth
• Respond professionally and timely to client questions and requests to enhance client experience
• Provide clients with relevant information about company products and services to support their informed decisions
• Conduct on-site sales visits to engage clients and promote company offerings
• Support event operations during weekends, holidays, and after-office hours as needed to ensure smooth event execution
