Join Halian, part of the NES Fircroft Group, as a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to take ownership of a specialist technology recruitment desk, develop long-term client partnerships, and deliver exceptional talent solutions across Singapore and the wider APAC market.

What Youll Be Doing

End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring mandates.
Technology Recruitment: Sourcing and placing professionals across technology disciplines including Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, ERP, Digital Transformation, and Emerging Technologies.
Candidate Assessment: Conducting detailed interviews to evaluate technical capability, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
Talent Pipelining: Building and maintaining high-quality candidate networks through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and networking activities.
Candidate Care: Delivering an exceptional candidate experience through regular engagement, career guidance, market insights, and ongoing support.
Contractor Engagement: Maintaining strong relationships with contractors and placed candidates to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referral generation.
Client Relationship Management: Developing trusted partnerships with existing clients while understanding their hiring challenges and workforce strategies.
Business Development: Identifying and securing new opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, client meetings, and market intelligence.
Market Expertise: Acting as a trusted advisor by providing insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, talent availability, and competitor activity.
Desk Ownership: Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment projects while balancing candidate pipelines, client needs, and commercial objectives.
Compliance & Quality: Ensuring all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies, local employment regulations, and client requirements.
Collaboration: Working across multi-functions to achieve common goals and contribute to the overall success of the Halian and NES Fircroft businesses.

What Were Looking For

Recruitment Experience: Minimum 4 years experience working within a recruitment agency environment.
Technology Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record recruiting within IT, technology, digital, STEM, or professional services markets.
Business Development Skills: Experience generating new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
Relationship Builder: Ability to establish credibility and maintain strong partnerships with both clients and candidates.
Commercial Awareness: Understanding of recruitment economics, market trends, and revenue growth strategies.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Organisation & Prioritisation: Able to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
Results Driven: Demonstrated success achieving revenue targets, KPIs, and recruitment objectives.
