The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a Regulatory Compliance & Audit Specialist (Public Sector)
• Responsible for reviewing and validating external party audit submissions, verifying compliance and evidence, conducting onsite assessments, and monitoring remediation of findings to strengthen audit and resilience outcomes.

The Talent

• Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Accountancy, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in audit, compliance or risk, preferably within telecommunications.

• Strong analytical, reporting and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage external stakeholders.

• Comfortable conducting onsite checks and working independently.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Review audit reports and supporting evidence for completeness and compliance.

• Validate audit findings and performance milestones through document reviews and onsite checks.

• Liaise with external parties to clarify findings and resolve gaps.

• Prepare validation assessments, worksheets, reports and presentation materials.

• Monitor remediation of audit findings and non-compliances.

• Identify improvements to audit frameworks, guidelines and validation methodologies.

• Support broader resilience and compliance initiatives.
