Role Description The Spa Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur. This role involves delivering high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body therapies, and beauty services, in accordance with Banyan Tree Spa standards and protocols. The Spa Therapist will consult with guests to understand their wellness needs, provide personalized recommendations, and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere throughout each treatment. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, managing appointment schedules, and accurately recording services provided. The role also requires close collaboration with spa colleagues and other hotel departments to support seamless guest experiences and promote spa offerings.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in spa treatments, including a range of massage ,facial and body treatments.
• Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build guest rapport, and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, cosmetology, or wellness is preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by hotel operations.
• Commitment to professional appearance, adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, and continuous skills development.
• Candidates must have valid eligibility to work in Malaysia.
