Job Description
Coordinating M & E matters on site toensure works are in accordance withcontract specs and drawings andregulations
Source, Liaise and Coordinate with M & Esubcontractors or procurement of M & Eequipments.
Liaise with clients and consultants on workprogressAssist to prepare M &E program andsubmission schedule
Coordinate with other trades to ensuresmooth work progressAssist contract department on tenders,progress claim and VO submission
Requirements
Bachelor of Architecture
Minimum 3 years related local experience
Positive, mature and self-motivated
Willing to learn and take up challenges
