Role Purpose

The Supervisor oversees shop floor shifts and supervises Sales Assistants to drive service quality and sales conversion. The role ensures standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed on the floor, acts as the first line of coaching and support for the sales team.

Job Roles

• Responsible for delivering daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for assigned shifts, including stretch targets.
• Monitor transactions against last year’s performance and course‑correct within the shift.
• Uphold and model service standards on the floor at all times.
• Handle customer escalations at the first level.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards and ensure timely floor replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with Retail SOPs and readiness for audits.
• Coordinate delivery processing within lead‑time targets.
• Monitor and control location‑level shrinkage.
• Track and manage team attendance and punctuality.
• Support, coach, and provide on‑floor cover for Sales Assistants.
• Identify and escalate floor issues (people, stock, systems) to higher management.
• Manage cycle counts, stock accuracy, variance investigation, and reconciliation at the location.
• Ensure system and physical stock remain aligned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in retail operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of retail SOPs, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
• Willingness to work and travel to our boutiques located at IOI Putrajaya and KLGCC area

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
