We are a premier private security firm seeking a disciplined, professional, and highly capable Bodyguard / Close Protection Officer to join our elite security team.In this role, you will be responsible for the personal safety, secure transit, and peace of mind of a high-net-worth VIP principal. The ideal candidate blends exceptional physical readiness with sharp mental acuity, absolute discretion, and flawless situational awareness.Key Responsibilities:

• Close Protection: Maintain a continuous, vigilant layer of physical security around the principal during public appearances, private events, and daily movements.
• Advance Operations: Assess venues, map out secure travel routes, locate emergency exits, and identify potential vulnerabilities before the principal's arrival.
• Crisis Management: Detect, de-escalate, and neutralise potential threats or security breaches seamlessly.
• Discretion: Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the principal’s lifestyle, schedule, business dealings, and personal affairs.

Job RequirementsPhysical & Medical Criteria:

• Height: Minimum 170 cm required.
• Weight: Maximum 90 kg required (to maintain an athletic, proportional, and highly functional physique).
• Vision: Clear, alert eyes with excellent eyesight (natural or fully corrected to 20/20).

Skills & Experience:

• Age Profile: Between 35 and 45 years old preferred (for an optimal balance of operational maturity and physical capability).
• Combat Training: Formal training and certification in martial arts, hand-to-hand combat, or defensive tactics is mandatory.
• Language: Strong command of spoken and written English to effectively communicate with international stakeholders and local authorities.
• Acuity: Exceptional ability to quickly understand and respond to the principal's verbal instructions and non-verbal signals.
• Composure: Must remain calm, composed, and highly capable under extreme pressure or in emergency situations.

Availability & Travel:

• Passport: Must hold a valid international passport with no travel restrictions.
• Travel: 100% willing to travel overseas on short notice with the principal.
• Flexibility: Willing and able to work extended overtime, irregular shifts, nights, and weekends as operational needs dictate.

Background Check Requirements:

• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and reference screening.
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment physical and fitness evaluation.

Supplemental Pay Types:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM4,848.01 per month
