Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counter, and workstations
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
• Support team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Prior experience in F&B or café service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
