职位需要频繁服务华语客户，因此需要优秀的中文口语及书写能力。

客户购买 → 正确使用 → 有良好体验 → 建立信任 → 再次购买 → 成为长期客户

因此我们正在寻找一位专门负责现有客户及 VIP Customer Relationship 的团队成员

当客户完成首次购买后，你会负责后续 Customer Journey，包括：

• 主动关心客户收货后的使用情况

• 询问客户产品体验及结果

• 协助客户正确使用产品

• 发现客户遇到的问题并帮助解决

• 记录客户购买记录、需求及偏好

• 根据客户实际情况给予适合的产品建议

• 在合适时间进行 replenishment / repurchase follow-up

• 管理 VIP 客户关系

• 唤醒一段时间没有购买的老客户

• 根据客户需求进行自然的 Upsell / Cross-sell

• 提高 Repeat Purchase Rate

• 提高 Customer Lifetime Value

• 将客户反馈整理给 Sales / Operation / Management Team

AI 与系统会协助处理部分固定提醒、FAQ、基础 follow-up 和资料整理。
