The Logistics / Customer Service Officer (Freight Forwarding) serves as the primary liaison between clients, shipping lines, air carriers, hauliers, customs brokers, and overseas network agents. The key objective is to provide end-to-end operational support, ensuring smooth execution of import/export shipments, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service.

• Customer Service: Single point of contact for rate queries, tracking updates, and resolving delays or claims.
• Shipment Execution: Booking sea/air/land space with carriers, hauliers, and co-loaders.
• Documentation & Customs:Preparing Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial documents, and coordinating customs clearance.
• Operations & Billing:Tracking demurrage/detention, verifying vendor charges, and issuing accurate client invoices.
• Perform any additional duties, administrative tasks, or project assignments delegated by the Customer Service Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of customer service or operations experience within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry will add advantages .
• Proficiency in freight management software (e.g., CargoWise, Enterprise Logistics Systems) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
