• Record and maintain daily production output, downtime, rejects, and other production related data.
• Monitor stock levels, track raw materials, check finished goods, and help order new supplies.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including scrap rates and defect logs.
• Assist in organizing production schedules and pass information between the factory floor, supervisors, and other departments.
• Prepare and maintain production documents, work orders, and related records.
• Perform accurate data entry into production systems or spreadsheets.
• Assist in monitoring raw material usage and production requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of production documents.
• Ensure all production records are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Assist the Production Supervisor with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
