Job Title: Jetty Coordinator/ Jetty Executive （based at Kota Tinggi)

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Divisional Manager/ Management

Salary: RM2,300- RM3,800

General Job:

1) Oversee the loading/unloading of cargo at the jetty.

2) Coordinate and manage vessel berthing and mooring activities.

3) Align the jetty operations with production and supply chain to avoid stockpile congestion or delays.

4) Closely coordinate with incoming & outgoing production team and operations term.

5) Track and report cargo volumes handled daily.

6) Maintain accurate records of vessel time (arrival, berthing, start/end loading, departure), cargo quantities transferred and any incidents or delays.

7) Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report defects.

8) Responsible for ensuring the safety, regulatory compliance, and proper implementation of safety procedures across all jetty operations, personnel, equipment, and activities.

9) Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by the Division Manager/ Management from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience:

a) Minimum SPM or above.

b) Possess 1-2 years of related experience is preferred. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.

c) Good interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

d) Good Computer knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel etc)

e) Able to perform rotate shift work and do overtime.

f) Must have a valid Malaysian driving license.

g) Possess own transport.

h) Experience in operating a loader is an advantage.

i) Hostel provided.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
