Working Hours: 10/11am – 8pm

Weekly Rest: 2 days, including 1 weekend day
Location: Holland Village Area

We are looking for a hands-on Cafe Manager (Supervisor) to oversee daily operations at Mocha Café, a stylish counter-service / self-service café.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the café team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee counter service and ensure friendly, efficient customer service.
• Drive sales through upselling and improving average transaction value (ATS/UPT).
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Work closely with the founders to improve café operations, products and promotions.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Manage stock and supplies and minimise wastage.
• Train and support team members to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and other relevant requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Food Safety Course Level 1 certification.
• Café / F&B operational experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hands-on, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.
