SCOPE OF WORK

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws, company policies, and industry standards.

Develop and implement site-specific safety programs, emergency response plans, and training initiatives.

Collaborate with client, supervisor and employees to promote a strong safety culture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address safety issues effectively. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Monitoring:-

• External Perimeter and Roads
• Galloway Bridge and Covered Walkway
• Canopy, column lighting
• Merdeka Linear Park – Walkway, Ramp and Stairs
• Covered Walkway
• Drainage System – using water jet
• Any cleaning service requirement of using ladder, skylift or staging – aircond vent, lighting cover, lift car light
• Signage at Park facilities, cladding that requires use of ladder, skylift and height more than 2 M or 7 feet.
• Motor parking and Ramp – using water jet
• Building Perimeter, Vehicle, Pedestrian Path –
• Sweeping road site
• Wiping of street lighting and signage
• Clean of Perimeter drain
• Cleaning of unwanted growth between clay paver
• Cleaning of Scupper drain and Gutters
• Loading Dock, Bay, Bus Park, Lay Bay, Ceiling, Column, Lighting, Fittings and Signage
• External Glass Window 10 feet and below
• High Rise Cleaning
• Blowing of leaf and sweeping road site
• Check safety of machinery used by cleaners and landscaper

REQUIREMENT

2Years Experiences at site with Safety Coordinator Certification

Or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Safety and Health Management from professional bodies with 6 months experience at sites.

Working (6 days a week) 7am-4pm or 4pm-12am

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
