LOCATION: Penang Adventist Hospital

1.0 RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.1 Instill in the administration a feeling of complete trust, security and satisfaction through demonstrations of competence and willingness to serve.

1.2 Seek to establish the highest possible public relations with customer.

1.3 Carryout facility activities and safety programs enthusiastically.

1.4 Ensure full implementation of procedures in the facility and comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Standards.

1.5 Coordinate the activities and functions of the services provided as appropriate such that consistent service is provided.

1.6 Keep all equipment clean, labeled and in good condition.

1.7 Encourage personal growth of all personnel responsible to the manager through periodic evaluation and review.

1.8 Train all supervisory personnel in the use of Edgenta UEMS techniques and train all other personnel through supervisors.

1.9 Maintain all controls - daily associate supervisory reports, weekly inspections, monthly joint review meetings, etc.

1.10 Grow personally in job and conduct self ethically at all times to enhance Edgenta UEMS’s image.

1.11 Take care of own and staff health and safety.

1.12 Participate in OSH training, campaign and promotional sessions.

1.13 Understand and follow the company's OSH policy.

1.14 To participate in risk, safety, quality, environmental and business continuity activities of the organization.

1.15 Perform any other duties that the Operations/ Area Manager may delegate from time to time.

2.0 REQUIREMENTS:

2.1 Minimum qualification of a diploma in any field or with minimum 2 years experience in a facility management.

2.2 Possess strong management capability and personality.

2.3 Must be familiar with Windows and MS Office.

2.4 Must willing to work 5.5 days per week.

WORKING HOURS:

• Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
