As the Builder for our front of house, you will help design and scale simple service routines, train teammates, and lift daily standards so customers leave happy and return often. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on shifts and improving the way a small restaurant runs.

Your Growth & Impact

• Develop stronger leadership skills by supervising shifts and coaching new team members in real service scenarios.

• Improve operational sense by managing opening and closing routines and learning basic stock and cash controls.

• Expand your customer service track record through direct guest interactions and handling feedback professionally.

• Build practical skills with POS operations, order flow, and simple shift planning that prepare you for senior supervisor roles.

Responsibilities

Floor Operations

• Run shifts smoothly by greeting guests, managing seating, and coordinating order flow with the kitchen.

• Operate the POS to take orders and process payments while ensuring accurate cash handling.

• Maintain dining cleanliness and quick table turn times during peak periods.

• Monitor stock levels of service items and report shortages for replenishment.

Guest Experience & Sales

• Create positive customer moments by suggesting dishes, handling simple complaints, and following up on satisfaction.

• Encourage add-ons and upsells through friendly recommendations to increase average spend.

• Collect basic guest feedback and share patterns with management to help improve service and menu choices.
