Marketing Project Executive

Job Summary

You will manage client communications and relationships, resolve queries, and support marketing and sales efforts to drive business growth. You will also assist with event execution, including working flexible hours during events.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their needs and inquiries

Identify and resolve client queries promptly to maintain satisfaction

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and information

Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients to foster loyalty

Respond professionally and timely to client questions and requests

Provide clients with relevant information about the company’s products and services to support informed decisions

Identify potential clients and propose promotional or marketing offers to generate new business

Conduct on-site sales visits to engage clients and promote services

Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and after-office hours, to support event execution and ensure smooth operations
