Job Responsibilities:

• Able to carry out smart lock service works on customer site.
• In charged of all customer related installation & service tasks and follow up.
• Ensure all service and installation tasks are carried out professionally by technical team.
• Promptly responding to customer's installation / service / product issues.
• Manage technical team and have weekly meetings to update and follow up progress,
• Liase with Supplier / Factory regarding technical issues & spare parts.
• Stay updated with industry developments and continuously enhance skills.

Job Requirements:

• Experience & Knowledge in tools usage for woodworking and metal working is advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with technical team from China.
• Fresh grad are welcome!
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including technical proficiency.
• Self-motivated team player with a focus on sales and customer relations.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

• 1. Do you have hands-on experience using power tools such as electric drills, impact drivers, and other installation-related tools?
• 2. Are you willing to be temporarily based at our Headquarters in Kota Damansara, Selangor, for approximately 1–2 months to undergo technical training before being assigned to your designated work location?
• 3. Do you have previous working experience in smart lock installation, carpentry, door installation, locksmith services, or other related technical installation work?
• 4. Which of the following valid Malaysian driving licences do you currently possess (GDL,B2,D) ?
• 5. Are you comfortable performing on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customers' premises, including independently identifying technical issues and carrying out repairs after completing the required training?
