WE’RE HIRING — GROUP MARKETING MANAGER

Samadhi Retreats & Tamarind Restaurants | Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a Group Marketing Manager to take charge of the day-to-day management and execution of marketing across our portfolio of resorts, restaurants and wellness brands.

This is not primarily a content creator position. We already have strong creative and brand direction within the group.

We need someone who can manage the department and make things happen.

The role covers:

• Managing the overall group marketing calendar
• Campaign planning and execution
• Managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
• Coordinating launches, promotions, events and collaborations
• Managing external agencies, suppliers, printers, photographers and other partners
• Website, Google Business and digital platform updates
• Social media planning and coordination
• PR, media and influencer coordination
• Menu changes, pricing updates, print material, banners and marketing collateral
• EDMs, databases and digital campaigns
• Marketing budgets and campaign performance
• Monthly reporting and analysis
• Introducing AI and automation to improve efficiency across the department
• Ensuring projects are followed through from idea to completion

You will work closely with our Group Brand & Creative Director, translating creative direction and commercial priorities into structured execution.

Who we are looking for

You need to be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing many projects and brands simultaneously.

You should be someone who naturally follows up, keeps people accountable and knows exactly what needs to happen, who is responsible and when it needs to be completed.

Hospitality, F&B, lifestyle or wellness marketing experience would be a strong advantage.

We are particularly interested in candidates who understand that good marketing is not just about social media — it is about building brands, creating demand and ultimately driving business.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing, with previous management responsibility preferred.

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Position: Full-time
Salary: RM9,000–RM12,000 depending on experience
